For more than 15 years, KLEO has operated emergency shelters, developed housing solutions, and supported individuals and families through trauma-informed care, workforce readiness, legal advocacy, and community-based services.

KLEO is dedicated to creating opportunities for individuals and families facing housing instability. Our shelter operations are grounded in safety, respect, empowerment, and culturally competent care.

A Safe Haven for the Unhoused

KLEO shelters provide secure, welcoming environments with bilingual case managers, healthcare partners, cultural competency trainers, and access to wraparound support. Residents receive individualized assistance including housing navigation, mental health support, workforce readiness, legal referrals, and community resources.
