KLEO provides telehealth services using secure video conferencing platforms and electronic scheduling systems. While safeguards are in place, electronic communications may involve inherent privacy risks.
By accessing telehealth services or submitting information electronically, you consent to the electronic transmission of your health information.
3. Phone, Text, Email, and Voicemail Communications
By providing your contact information, you authorize KLEO to communicate with you via phone, text, email, or voicemail for non-marketing purposes such as appointment reminders and care coordination.
Text Messaging Opt-Out
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Disclaimer for Third-Party Text Messaging Services
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
4. Online Scheduling and Electronic Forms
Information submitted through our online scheduling and intake forms becomes part of your health record and is protected under this Notice.
5. Sharing Information with Third-Party Vendors
We may share personal and health information with third-party vendors to provide
operational support, such as:
- Website analytics and tracking
- Online lead management
- Telehealth platform support
- Billing and payment processing
All third-party vendors are required to protect your information in accordance
with HIPAA and our internal privacy standards.

6. Children’s Privacy

Parents or legal guardians must provide consent before any child can receive services, use the online portal, or receive electronic communications such as appointment reminders.
Access, Correction, and Deletion
Parents or guardians may access, review, and request correction or deletion of their child’s personal health information by contacting our Privacy Officer at help@kleo.org.
Limited Collection
We only collect personal and health information from minors necessary to provide care, coordinate treatment, and manage appointments.
Communications
All communications regarding a minor client, including appointment reminders, test results, or care coordination, are directed to the parent or legal guardian unless otherwise authorized in writing.
Data Protection
Minors’ information is protected under HIPAA and applicable state laws.
Deletion / Opt-Out
Parents or guardians may request deletion of a child’s information or opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
Online Services
Parent or guardian accounts and consent are required for minor access.
